The tale of my poster

As you all might have known, i lost my srp poster today.
I left it in class and when i came back, alas! it was gone!

So i went all over looking for it, like under the table, out of the window, in the nearby clasrooms etc. but i could not find it
so i went to the GE, who told me a cleaner could have put it at the sink as it was the cleaner lost and found spot. Obviously, it wasnt there

So I made trips to the staffroom, the GE again and even to the Physics lab to find 1S06G, the class which was using our homeroom before the poster went missing, but none of them were of any help. Suspecting foul play, I went to the classroom again to hunt, then Jen Han saw a cleaning auntie at the Block B side and we went over to her to ask her whether she saw it.

True enough, she did see it, and she told me she threw it away!!! She said that it looked like rubbish or something like that. So she brought me down to block A’s dumping area, only to find it empty.

My heart raised a beat as she brought me to find the guy who cleared the dumpster and brought the trash to the main RJC dumpster. There, behind the canteen, three cleaners discussed as to where the trash could have gone.

I could not hear or understand a thing except for one word “Jialat” (which means “Houston, we got a problem” in English).

Q: What has is large, has four wheels and flies?

A: A garbage truck. Lol>

Anyway, it was a garbage truck that had taken it away. All this happened, from first dumping to garbage truck leaving, in 45 minutes. Efficiency man.

So, my poster is lying on a landfill in like Lorong Halus!!!!

So, somebody please dump me in a bin when you see me so I can go there and look for my poster.

On a more serious note, I did manage to get a poster in the end. The teacher in charge gave me the contact of a printing shop, which was delivering stuff to RJC tomorrow, and the printing shop agreed to print the poster and send it along with the other stuff. (I emailed them the poster)

So, problem solved, I hope. And thanks Jen Han for walking around with me in this search party and fajoo too at the start.

BAD DAY-DANIEL POWTER

Where is the moment when needed the most
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost
They tell me your blue skies fade to grey
They tell me your passion's gone away
And I don't need no carryin' on

You stand in the line just to hit a new low
You're faking a smile with the coffee to go
You tell me your life's been way off line
You're falling to pieces everytime
And I don't need no carryin' on

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Well you need a blue sky holiday
The point is they laugh at what you say
And I don't need no carryin' on

You had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day

(Oh.. Holiday..)

Sometimes the system goes on the blink
And the whole thing turns out wrong
You might not make it back and you know
That you could be well oh that strong
And I'm not wrong

(yeah...)

So where is the passion when you need it the most
Oh you and I
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
You've seen what you like
And how does it feel for one more time
You had a bad day
You had a bad day
