6A
Start: 0340hrs
Now, I'm wondering what in world I'm doing blogging at this unearthly hour! actually, what do people mean when they say 'unearthly hour'? isn't every time of every day part of earth's cycle of spinning on its axis? so how can an hour be 'unearthly'?! unless of course you buy watches from this shop called 25hours which I saw at marina square during class outing hahah Ok I hope that wasn't THAT queer a thought that would put everyone off at the start of this post lol.
I'm probably one year overdue for this post! But the cycle has repeated itself and I find myself in THAT mood again. oh yes i'm sure we're all too familiar with that feeling The time for goodbyes has arrived again. It was farewell to so6a in school last year and now it's farewell to our dear classmate Jilyn. Somehow, if nostalgia was a star, I'm definitely seeing the universe right now. hope that wasn't too bad of an analogy
I honestly want to thank everyone for turning up for class outings and just making the time amidst our tight schedules to hang out together. probably shows the opp. cost of missing one class outing hahah; it's astronomical!! I'm happy. We seem to be getting closer and closer even as the circumstances laid upon us should be causing us to drift further. the irony And I believe we have people like Hui Bin, Gerbert, Jen Han, etc. to thank for going through the extreme trouble of organising class outings almost every week for us. A mega big pat on their backs! I have a suspicion that we meet up the most often among all the classes in our batch!! Even IF I'm wrong, at least that's what I'd like to think! so don't tell me if i'm wrong
And so the memories keep flashing past in my head. To list down the number of absolutely retarded and immature things we did would take a lifetime! But there are some which constantly pop up and never fail to amuse me. Fajoo dunking that donut into his mouth with such a satisfied look only to notice everyone gaping at him in horror! Hahaha! Sorry bro! I just had to talk about that one! :b It seems like we're perpetually 'innocent' in a sense hahah. Where else can you find a group of seriously above average people in terms of good-naturedness! Where else can you find a group of people so open, receptive and welcoming! Where else can you find a class with such a great sense of humour! though sometimes i do have to admit it's unique to our class.face jokes and 'who are you' replies. try them on some other friends and you'll be greeted with blank stares. then you can smile and think to yourself 'God! i miss my class!' So there you have it! 6A is definitely a rare find. Perhaps by some weird stars alignment or some nonsense we all ended up in this class by a twist of fate hahah. Whatever the case, I'm thankful for being placed in this wonderful class of ours! Not to forget that we're blessed with a really nice and extremely dedicated form teacher - Miss Wong! :)
Ok I think I'm sounding a bit draggy. Guess ya'll will be able to figure out what I'm trying to say after that whole chunk of words, i hope! I really cherish the good ole' times and I ain't ready to lose 'us' i don't think anyone of us is So let's keep the close friendships alive yea?
The flame doesn't have to be rekindled if it doesn't burn out.
6a; your class, my class, our class - one class above the rest :)
