Just received an email from the service centre(some organisation i am doing cip with). Over the course of last year(starting from aug to dec) we have been doing one-one tuition for kids at the service centre every sat. It was quite fun cos we played games and even organised a heritage trail for them in dec hols.
At the start of the year, however they told us that they had to re-evaluate which kids needed the tuition more so they told us that after cny, this programme would start.

And now, they just told me that they do not want us to carry on with tuition anymore! Cos "it would be unfair to them if we stop in June" or some crap like that.
And it was not like they didnt alrdy know, when we approached them we told them we would do till may june every sat and they had no hint of objection, even up to the last session we had last year. we also told them we could do past 60 hours which we need for nyaa.

So now they want us to be one off voulnteers and just dump random stuff at us so we can get our hours (60 hours) and they can kick us away. So i have to end up doing 7 hrs of flag day on sat(18/2) (which they just informed us of) which is like zomg.

After which, to clear the remaining hours (8+ i think), we have to organise some crap for the kids during the march hols like go ecp or zoo or something which is also super ggxx. I now have 4 days of jobweek to count money, 3 days of srp( i think), and possibly 2 days of cip, add that together and it is longer than our march hols. oh man. And other ppl still might not have enough hours.

btw, they give us lunch when we go(some no salt, no oil, no sauce food which we end up eating anyway). well, there is no such thing as a free lunch, no matter how much the lunch sucks

ok, i am kbing quite a bit but looking at their email telling me i have 46 hours and 52 mins(why didnt they just include seconds) of CIP, you got to be displeased.
